At Tinori, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders to our customers!
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after being placed. Once dispatched, your order will be handed off to our shipping carrier and begin its journey to your address. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and begin after the order is dispatched. Please refer to the estimated delivery time for your region:
- United States: 8–12 working days
- United Kingdom: 5-8 working days
- Canada: 10-14 working days
- Australia: 6-10 working days
- New Zealand: 10-14 working days

Note: During peak times or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. If your order is shipped internationally, customs clearance may also cause additional delays.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may cause delays or cancellations.
If there is an error in your shipping details, please email us at support@tinori.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to make adjustments, we cannot guarantee changes after this timeframe.
If our system detects issues with your address, our support team will contact you within 3 business days to verify the details. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Delayed Delivery
We understand the importance of receiving your order on time and work to dispatch all orders promptly. However, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Courier disruptions or severe weather conditions
- Customs processing for international shipments
- Address verification or payment delays
While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, we will keep you updated and work with the courier to resolve any delays. Please contact us at support@tinori.com if you encounter any issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen after dispatch, please contact us at support@tinori.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
We recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages, as they may require additional information from you. Tinori will also contact the courier on your behalf to follow up on the claim.
Please note:
- Tinori is not liable for lost or stolen packages during transit, as this is outside of our control.
- Replacements may be offered depending on the situation.
If the package cannot be located, filing a police report is recommended.
