After this period, the order will likely be in the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If your cancellation is processed within 24 hours, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take care to package your order securely to prevent damage during transit. However, if your item arrives physically damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
To report a damaged item, email us at support@tinori.com with a clear photo of the damage. If deemed eligible, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Please note:
- Damaged packaging (e.g., dented boxes) with an intact product is not considered a damaged item.
- Items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Tinori cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control. If you encounter a delivery issue, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Tinori is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. If we are not notified in time, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
